- How much do I pay for postage?
If you live on the Great Britain mainland, the shipping price for orders under £100.00 is £5.95, for orders over £100.00 we pay postage to addresses on the mainland.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment has been confirmed, we will usually despatch the order within five working days if the goods are in stock. Delivery can be several working days after this. You will be notified by email once the goods have been despatched. If the goods are not in stock or there is any delay in completing the order, we will notify you by email.
- What happens if the goods are damaged/faulty?
You must inform us of the problem by email within 7 working days of receipt, and arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 21 working days. We will offer either a replacement, or a full refund. In either case you will be entitled to a refund of the postage paid returning the goods to us.
- What happens if I don't like the goods when they arrive?
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. This must be done either by email or in writing. For you to claim a refund, the goods must be returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition. You will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, but you must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
- Is there VAT to pay on my order?
Woodcocks of Blyth are VAT registered (VAT No 175 8052 48) and all prices on the site include VAT at 20%. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order, please contact us once your order has been confirmed.
